Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Winners must have a U.S. mailing address to receive the contest prize. Employees of Ashworth Creative are not eligible. Nuvance Health employees on the Marketing and PR team are not eligible but all other Nuvance Health employees are eligible. This contest is null and void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
How to Enter
To enter, log your activity on WeGetFit.org.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 30 minutes of fitness activity (jogging, running, strength training, walking, stretching, biking, spinning, hiking, rowing, skating, yoga, etc.) during the 6-week challenge period. Participants may select “other” if the type of fitness activity they performed is not included in the menu options. Where the exercise is performed does not matter in 2021.
The period to enter the challenge is from 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 6, 2021, until 11:59 pm ET on July 18, 2021. Entries received after July 18, 2021, are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Nuvance Health is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in these contest rules.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected after July 18, 2020. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of entries.
The winner will be notified using the email address provided to verify their eligibility and to provide a final mailing address for prize shipment. If a potential winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, that person will automatically forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected using the same process. After notification, winners have 30 days to select prizes or they forfeit them. All decisions about eligibility and winner selection are final. By claiming a prize, the winner authorizes the use of his or her name and city/state in any announcement of the winner, or else may be ineligible for prizes. The winner also acknowledges that Nuvance Health may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the contest product(s). The name of the winner may be obtained by contacting Nuvance Health.

There also may be a few selected “surprise and delight” winners chosen at random throughout the 6-week fitness challenge.
NOTE: No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted. However, if a specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Nuvance Health reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes that result from their winnings.
Disclaimers
Neither Nuvance Health, participating locations nor their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner, or any loss by any entrant that is connected with this contest. Nuvance Health reserves the right in their sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules or to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice. Nuvance Health reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize or award.
Always consult a physician prior to beginning an exercise regimen. Participants acknowledge that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and that their participation in working out and/or the fitness challenge is voluntary. By enrolling in the Get Fit program all participants agree to exercise at their own risk and assume all risk of injury to themselves.
Privacy & Use of Your Information
The names and addresses of all entrants are subject to the privacy policies of Nuvance Health. Entrants should review those policies at Nuvancehealth.org. Your name and email address will not be sold or shared with outside parties. By entering the contest, you acknowledge that your information and shared photos may be used by Nuvance Health for external promotional materials and to keep you informed with news and announcements. You retain the right to opt out of any emails you receive.
