Plank pull throughs x 10 lbs,

Round Two:
Renegade rows
Split squat isometric hold,
Weighted step up x 30 lbs

Round Three:
Standing hamstring curls,
Standing glute kickbacks ,
Reclining front raises
Side leg lifts

Round Four:
Lunge and Elbow Stepup Crunch,
Spider-Man Mountain Climbers,
Calf raises
