Single leg bal w/arm reach 8-0weights 3 sets. Bird dog on all 4’s elbow to knee. On all 4’s fly out right hand fwd, left leg back. rev. 8-0 weights 3 sets. Plank slide DB 8-5lbs 3 sets both sides. BOSU sit ups 12-0 weights 3 sets. BOSU obliques 8-0 3 sets both sides. BOSU Bal & squats 6 squats 3 sets
