HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS

BEGINNERS

Warm up with a 5 minute walk

Alternate for 5 minutes:
1 minute sprint
1 minute walk

Cool down with a 5 minute walk

INTERMEDIATE

Warm up with a 5 minute light jog

Alternate for 5 minutes:
1 minute jog
1 minute walk

Cool down with a 5 minute walk/jog

ADVANCED

Warm up with a 5 minute light jog

Alternate for 5 minutes:
1 minute sprint
1 minute walk

Cool down with a 5 minute jog
