Workout of the Week #3 – Fall 2019

Beginner (Repeat 3X)

Aerobic Interval Training

One-minute walk followed by 1-minute brisk walk at moderate intensity (you should feel moderately out of breath). Repeat 10 times.

30 Jumping Jacks

30 Squats with arms raised

30 Negative push up

30 Bicycle crunches

30 (seconds) elbow plank

Intermediate

Aerobic Interval Training

One-minute brisk walk followed by 1-minute sprint/repeat 6 times.

35 Squat Jacks

35 Tricep Push Ups

35 Squats with arms raised

35 Reversed crunches

40 (second) Elbow plank

Repeat above 3 more times

Advanced

Aerobic Interval Training

One-minute walk followed by 1-minute sprint. Repeat 10 times.

40 Clapping Jacks

30 Tricep Push Ups/30 Diamond Push Ups

45 Frog Squats

40 Raised leg crunches

45 (seconds) Plank with one arm up/alternate arm up

60 (seconds) Mountain climbers
