Workout of the Week #2 – Fall 2019

Beginner (Repeat 3X)

 

Aerobic Interval Training

Two-minute walk followed by 2-minute walk at moderate intensity (you should be moderately out of breath). Repeat 5 times.

25 Jumping Jacks

25 Squats with arms raised

25 Negative push up

25 Sit ups (standard crunch)

25 (seconds) elbow plank
 

Intermediate

Aerobic Interval Training

Two-minute brisk walk followed by six 1-minute sprints. Repeat 4 times.

35 Jumping Jacks

35 Traditional Push Ups

35 Squats with arms raised

35 Bicycle crunches

35 (second) Elbow plank

1 minute break then repeat above 3 times
 

Advanced

Aerobic Interval Training

Two-minute walk followed by 2-minute sprint. Repeat 5 times.

40 Jumping Jacks

25 Traditional Push Ups followed by 25 tricepts pushups

40 Frog Squats

40 Reverse crunches

40 (seconds) Plank with one arm up/alternate arm up

60 (seconds) Mountain climbers

    Did the intermediate work out
