BEGINNER WORKOUT
WARM UP
1 Minute Side Steps with arm reach and leg curl
WORKOUT
Repeat 3 Times
20 Body weight Squats
10 Lunges each leg
20 Jumping Jacks or Modified Jumping Jacks
20 Total Body Extensions
10 Modified Pushups
10 Abdominal Curls
10 Abdominal Twists
COOL DOWN
Chest Stretch
Shoulder Stretch
Quadriceps Stretch
HamString Stretch
Diagonal Stretch


INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT
WARM UP
1 minute Jog in place increasing hight of knew as you go
WORKOUT
Repeat this circuit 3 to 5 times
20 Skater lunges
20 Total Body Extensions
20 Agility Shuffles medium reach
20 Reaction Forward Jumps
30 second Plank
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Burpees
STRECH
Chest Shoulder Stretch
Quadriceps Stretch
Hamstring stretch
Diagonal Stretch


ADVANCED WORKOUT
WARM UP
1 Minute Jog in place and Jumping Jakcs
WORKOUT
Repeat 3 to 5 Times
20 Deep Skater Lunges
20 Body Extensions with Jump
20 Deep Agility Shuffles
20 Forward Jump Squats
30 second Plank
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Burpees
COOL DOWN
Chest Stretch
Shoulder stretch
Quadriceps Stretch
Diagonal Stretch
Hamstring Stretch
